SOAR held its 2nd annual cocktail reception on Saturday, September 22, 2007, at Bolingbroke Mansion in Radnor, PA. A delicious buffet was followed by a short program describing SOAR's work to date and our plans for 2008 and beyond. Don Tollefson of WXTF News and founder of One Child Saved (www.onechildsaved.com) served as guest speaker. The reception was a huge success! The venue was ideal and Don's inspiring and heartfelt words were the capstone to an exciting evening.
