Inaugural Cocktail Reception

The New England Chapter of the Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief (SOAR), Inc., a non-profit organization that provides humanitarian relief to the orphanages in Armenia, will be hosting a reception to introduce the organization to the New England community.

This event will be held at the Samuel Haven House (cir. 1794), located on High Street, Dedham, Massachusetts, on Saturday, October 24, 2009, from 6:30-10:30PM

Enjoy cultural music, food and wine. There will be a slide presentation by SOAR President, George S. Yacoubian, Jr. George will provide a history of the organization, share his adoption story and proudly report on the relief SOAR has provided to the orphans in Armenia. In addition to a prize raffle and silent auction, tax deductable donations will be gladly accepted.
