*SOLENA will be a non-residential facility where families whose children are at risk for institutionalization can come and receive social services: employment/professional, substance abuse counseling, job training, etc., and, for the kids, tutoring, computer skills, food, and counseling. SOLENA will be open to boys and girls, of any age (<18). The idea is to empower families whose social situations are dire BEFORE they contemplate institutionalization in an orphanage.
